May we, sisters in Kappa Delta, strive each day to seek more earnestly the honorable and beautiful things. May we each day through love of those within our circle, learn to know and understand better those without our circle. May the diamond shield that guards our love find us each day truer, wiser, more faithful, more loving, and more noble.

The following rules are to be followed and upheld, exceptions withstanding. Failure to do so may risk your expulsion from the sorority.

1. Sisters of Kappa Delta are expected to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the state and college.

2. KD is your family and family comes first in this house. Should there be a disagreement and both, or multiple, parties cannot or refuse to reconcile, please reach out to your House Officers; there are no irreconcilable differences here. That said, please keep any and all drama between sisters.

3. Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. This is a non-negotiable requirement laid down by the sorority council. If you need a tutor, your House Officers will assist you with finding one!

4. Attendance and participation is mandatory at every event sponsored by KD. Attending BCT events is also encouraged but not required.

5. No smoking within the house or any area within 5m of any entrance/exit/window/ventilation intake of the house.

6. All visitors and guests should be accompanied by a sister at all times. This is particularly important for male guests going up to the second floor - if you're inviting a guy over, mind that he's considerate towards the other sisters and doesn't wander around. Visitors are not allowed after 2AM on weekdays.

7. Maintain the house's living environment. Sisters are responsible for the cleanliness of their rooms as well as the general cleanliness of the House facilities. Clean up after yourself, keep your own stuff neat.

8. Pets are the sole responsibility of their owners. Make sure your pet (dog, cat, bird, giant mutant hamster) is a) vaccinated b) fed c) trained. If your pet sheds everywhere and destroys furniture, it's your job to clean up its messes. If a pet becomes a nuisance for sisters, it will not be permitted on house grounds.
